Each of the stations are covered, and the rolling stock appears to be well maintained. |
I think each of the tandem train sets are painted differently, with corporate advertising and sponsorship. |
Looking down at the congested street, the monorail is a welcome option during rush hours. |

Another paint scheme with a stylized Malaysian flag. |
I don't know how automated are the trains, but each one has a driver at the front control compartment. |
Ridership is pretty good during my brief ride. |
Seats are located down the center of the train, with standing rooms on either side along the windows. Not sure whether this is a good layout, but since my rides are not completely full, it works okay for me. |
An empty driver's compartment at the end of the train. |

For a sight-seeing ride, I enjoyed the experience. But for serious transportation needs, the monorail is probably a weak choice due to the few number of stations and non-seamless connection with other parts of the transportation infrastructure. |
Signage are posted in various common local languages. |
While there were previous plans to expand the system, it is doubtful that there will be any expansion soon. |
View of the Sheraton Imperial hotel from the closest monorail station, only a couple minutes walk away. |
After existing the monorail station, I just have to cross a side street before getting back to the Sheraton. |
